This year's festival will take place in the Kaja cultural centre in Tallinn, address E. Vilde tee 118.
On 1 and 2 November, the workshops, competition, open stage, bazaar and gala show will take place on the first floor of the centre.
On 3 November workshops take place on the 4th floor of the centre.
