XI INTERNATIONAL ORIENTAL DANCE FESTIVAL

2 -4 November 2018 at the Salme Cultural Centre in Tallinn, Estonia

The annual festival is the biggest oriental dance event in Estonia, including dance courses, contest, a gala concert, open stage performances and an Oriental Bazaar. The event brings together dancers from every corner of Estonia, the neighboring countries and from further places.

This year’s festival teachers are: Nesma, Ranya, Salah Rambo, Pille Roosi, Eeben (Sandra Vokk), Iris Frolov, Jamila, Valentina.

The festival opening workshop Celebrate the Joyfulness of the Fat invites you to become friends with your body fat and is suitable for dancers of any level of experience!

The film event series Chamber Cinema opens with the documentary Dance of Outlaws about a Moroccan girl who lives on the outskirts of society. The screening is followed by a discussion with the author.
